Gonna try Old Ironjaw now. :>
Tip: Turn off auto loot and just recast if you didn't catch it, will save you time deleting it.
giving up after 100+ casts~

If you want to actually keep the Old Crafty fish you needed to throw out the Baby Crocolisk (if you looted it) before trying to pick up Old Crafty. For some reason I wasn't able to loot him until I did this.  |

But i tried this method a couple of days ago and i got Old Crafty on my 4th or 5th cast, i wasnt able to loot it however so i tried again.
Same thing there, wasnt able to loot it.
I sent a GM ticket and they first told me that they couldnt help me with this since they couldnt check if i had actually recived the fish, so i sent another ticket asking them to check my achievements and they sent me a Old Crafty 
The next day while i were fishing for the 1000 Fish in IF, i got a Old Ironjaw aswell (with no exploit tho, just pure luck)  |
