Hello,
This short post to bring this to your attention: Toughness (Rank 3) - the hp boost you get from mining - actually gives around 70 stamina instead of 70 hp.
So if you keep your mining between 225 and 299, you get to keep this nice hp buff constantly (read: until they fix it).
Why is it nice? Well with mining maxed out at lvl 80 this is only supposed to grant you 500hp, having a 700hp boost at 70 is quite hot (or even lower level, don't know if this will work for lvl 60 twinks and such, only tested this with a lvl 70 prot warrior).

The twinks for that area are 59 and 69. (Top of their bracket) A 60 twink would be at the bottom of the 60-69 bracket and would get decimated, even if they were in full pre-TBC epics and TBC blues/greens. |

Cant post a link but you can armory (europe) for lemehealu at outland
They nerfed the level requirement for mining now but i've read in the patch notes that it will get reimbushed in a while. |

I Did AV on my shammy with full BC enchants, nethercobra, Mongoose on both weapons, surefooted, etc...at 60 for about 6 months, casue I was bored of levleing
Plus its amusing seeing rogues die to enhance shammys, when there not twinked themselfs |
