Damage Shield

I know this can be done on other abilities but i thought i'd throw this out there, doesnt hurt trying to contribute.

As of now, damage shield does damage = to 20% of your block value to targets that hit you (Not dodge or parry or miss). I was in halaa and was bored when i unflagged and sat down and all the guards aggroed to me, but i was doing damage to them because they were hitting me, but i didnt flag.

In other words, u can use this to kill horde/alliance guards without getting flagged!
