So wrong....
You can summon each other when you are 60, and If some Character is like 70 and goes to DM with a lvl 13 char on the other linked RaF account the lvl 13 will get bonus XP. same goes for quests, it is all explained on Blizzard's RaF FAQ page.
And yes, If Account A is linked to B, And B got a lvl 70 char, that character can still summon A characters that is lvl 60 or less.

| Umm, you should get your facts straight too because you only get the bonus exp if the person is within 5 levels of you. 70 - 13 > 5.
If you're going to flame dont make a fool of yourself in the process. |

The rule is if a character is 5 levels higher than another character the higher character is the only one that doesn't recieve the bonus exp. | | |
