This bug in the arena is handy for casters (healers especially) to get one instant heal off.
When you die (this example as a healer) you get the option for release spirit as always when you die.
So this is how it works......
When you die you will spawn in the middle of the arena. You will be alive for 0.5 secs and then you will immediately go into ghost form and you will then become a spectator....
For example a healer + DPS setup.
Player 1 is a druid and Player 2 is a warrior
Player 1 dies and player 2 is still in combat with another player, let player 2 come to the middle of the arena.
When player 2 is in the middle, player 1 presses release spirit and IMMEDIATELY you press a instant heal like rejuvenation or lifebloom you SPAM the button.
When you transfer from release spirit to observer mode this will give your partner the buff you pressed in this case rejuvenation.
This rez. exploit works with a lot of other things ingame as well....

Instead, when you are dead, and you release SPIRIT, then there is 0.5 seconds lag and during that time, you will be able to pull of a fast instant spell. Other then that, AFTER you're in spectator mode and you leave the arena, then you are able to pull another instant cast off.
I haven't clicked all the "repost" topics yet but I think that those repost topics are about instant cast AFTER you leave arena, and NOT when you release spirit.
I still have yet to see a video that it works, besides that, if your partner needs to be in the middle of the arena then it is going to be troublesome imo.
