This was something interesting I figured out while doing the Recruit-a-Friend thing with my friend.
If you grant someone a level, they keep the same % through that level that they were, when they level up. This means, if you were to reach 99% through level 1, then level to 30 for example, you'd still be 99% through your level.
I'm not sure if it's a repost, I'm terrible at using the search feature. However, I couldn't find anything.

Alright, so it's a repost, sorry. However, it is an exploit. You'd assume that when you level up, you'd gain 100% of the experience required to level up that level. For example:
Say it takes 1000exp to reach level 10 and 2000exp to reach level 11.
Say you were 20% through level 10 when you used the grant a level feature. That'd be 200exp, however, if that 200exp carried over to level 11, it'd only be 10%. In that sense, you're actually gaining extra EXP.

It's a repost and it's not an exploit. You ASSUME Blizzard doesn't want it this way, but the matter at hand is that: If Blizzard didn't intend to have it this way, it would be fixed already. An exploit is only something that is unintended, so your post in just one big failure to add to the pages of others.
