After done some research this can be done always on warriors by using Bloodrage, mounting up, and then zoning out of Netherwing Ledge / Dragonmaw Fortress. (while the rage-giving buff is up)

Working for me 100% of the time. Go try it out and impress your friends.

Not to be the bearer of bad news here, but this is indeed a repost. Even though you are stating a different skill to be used, it still is. You see the way this exploit works is that if you put a buff on yourself (i.e Savory Deviate Delight, Noggen Fogger, class buffs, self buffs, etc.) you will be able to get out of netherwing ledge while riding the drake.
