Any hunter who's worth his/her salt will undoubtably know about the steady shot rotation macro:
/Castsequence reset=3 Steady Shot, Auto Shot
It's pretty good in itself because it means you never miss an auto shot, but what I recently realised was that it reduces the attack speed of any ranged weapon to the cast time of steady shot, 1.5 seconds.
This is because you cast steady shot then immediately auto shot then immediately steady shot again. The cooldown on your ranged weapon doesn't have a chance to start because Steady shot overrides it.
What you need to do is make a macro of the castsequence, bind it to something and hammer that key. It works best if you've got a slow, hard hitting ranged weapon, as you would get very high hits and an even higher crit chance.

Yeah, but it was a long time ago now and I wouldn't want to risk a ban or something.
what are u talking about ??? a ban`? u cant be banned for asking to get ur char back ? lol my friend used to do it all the time... even with old chars ( cus sometimes he did a "clean up" on his account and deleted char he didnt play.. and ofc he regret it some months later... :P
