In the blasted lands, northeast of the Dark Portal, is a mob called Servant of Allisterj. He requires you to be part of a quest chain or some bs to kill him, and he will NEVER be kileld otherwise. He is level 55, and there are a few of them. Why I say 60+ is because at level 55 you'll be having to stop and heal and stuff, so it's still possible, but alot easier at 60+. This might have been posted before, but I didn't see it.
Anyway, I hope that I DID help somebody even if this WAS posted.

yeh once a guy kited one of these all the way into SW and to bolvar.... gm didnt get rid of it for about 2 days and it was funny to watch all the twinks getting killed by this guy

I've done that before, i originally had the idea to kite EVERY single guy like that to SW at the same time. Never happened, but meh.
These guys are patched now too, now they stop chasing you after a set distance.
You won't believe how many times you'll have to say "He's immune to everything" to people who think he's at 1% and just has lots of hp or something.

They only die once you use the stone close to them after they've entered that stand-still phase.
actualy the best would have to be outside shadow labs, in auchindun. mobs are non stop running out of the instance, and the friendly mobs there will tank them for you, just skill up away
