Posting in the exploit section ? Read this !

Hello fellow WoW-Exploiters,
I've been browsing the forums for a while now, and I sometimes cry a bit inside after seeing how many useless threads are posted every day. So I decided to make a guide on how to post a good exploit.

What is a good exploit ?
(Quoted from Funcom Policy, this is the same for World of Warcraft)

Code:

An exploit in the game is a bug or design error that makes it possible for characters to fight monsters, solve quests, or earn money that normally should be out of that character’s reach.
Translation:

An exploit is a bug or design error that gives your character unusual powers.

Example of a good Exploit:

Thread Name : (Exploit) Get your whole gear gemmed with only 1 gem!
Thread Content : I found a way to fully socket your gear with only 1 gem
(Adding some pictures always makes your thread alot better, so people can see it works!)

(This is an example so I cannot really say how you should do this )

What is NOT a good exploit ?

- Common sense
- Useless threads
- GM Scams (The scam is luck based, it depends on how retarded your GM is)
- Specially RAF stuff these days

Examples :

Thread Name : Destroy an item and get it back (by contacting a GM)
Thread Content : Well you just destroy the item, and then you press on the red question mark, and say to the GM "I deleted my item, can you give it back"
And tada! You now have your item back!

= This is not an exploit. Why ? Because this is working as intended. GM's have the power to reimburse items. No exploit in it.

Thread Name : Get 3X MORE XP (omg omg omg)
Thread Content : *Insert the whole RAF story*

= This is not an exploit. Why ? Because this is again working as intended. Blizzard implemented if this is an exploit, then is "Your character can eat and drink at the same time" also an exploit (And we both know that this is NOT an exploit )

Thread Name : Get free void crystals (working!!!!!)
Thread content : Get a void crystal for free, contact a GM and tell them you disenchanted an item and you want the item back

= This is totally not an exploit since it depends on how retard your GM is... Its luck based. Some GM's will give you the item, some others will first investigate your logs remove the Void Crystal, and THEN give you the item back.

Thread Name : (Useless) stand on a little piece of grass somewhere in feralas
Thread Content : Well I was walking in feralas and I suddenly noticed I was standing on a piece of grass, really, it shocked me so hard that I instantly had to post it on MMOwned...

= This is just stupid and none will ever really use this, if you REALLY want to post it, post it in another forum (Maybe general chat ?)... But this gives you no un-normal powers or anything like that, it just lets you stand on a piece of grass...

And the golden Rule : DO NOT REPOST (No one will give you rep at all, if it's posted before : Forget it, even if you found it by yourself, people will still think you just copy + pasted...)

So I hope this will help some people with posting an exploit. About the common sense exploits, some common sense exploits ARE good ... Because they are common sense but not really found in a easy way. People thought about it, and they found a way to eat and drink at the same time, BUT, while standing for example (This example is totally retarded and is also not an exploit, its just some kind of image about what is a good common sense exploit and what one isn't)

DO NOT Post useless threads/GMScams/ etc etc

DO tag your posts

DO Post Pictures if you can

DO Report bad posts

this thread is a perfect example of those 3/4 posts that are not exploits.

Put it in the guides section, call it 'how to post in the exploit section' or something.

This is probably the only section about Exploits, if I go put it somewhere els, none of the people will read it (And it will be still be rong, there is no "Exploit Help" Section I'm affraid.)

This is NOT an exploit, this is a guide to MAKE a good exploit. It has something to do with WoW exploits so I don't see any reason why this shouldn't be here ?

I don't think anybody will have a problem if they see in the thread "Read this : What is an exploit".

They will be mad if they see "Get 10000 gold for free !" (Content of the thread : Farm alot at spot X)

But if you all think like that I'm deleting my thread withouth any problems
