Ok...so i was going to get that nice new brimmed don carlos hat in COT, waiting on a friend to help so i was going around and went down to "old south shore."
It's not the funniest thing in the world but I spent a good time laughing...mainly because the gm I posted about it did not know how to fix the problem and ended up moving the npcs to try and make them stop spazzing out i guess.
