Ok I hope this isn't a repost but today i was power leveling my friend with my warlock in northshire. I'm a level 65 gnome warlock with my imp already and hes a human warlock. I thought it would be funny to see what would happen if i did the human quest for the Imp. I did it and when i turned it in i got 11000 XP!

Reputation: 83 Level up: 9%, 637 Points needed | | | | Common sense, all class quests scale with your level. You can do that with ANY class quest and get around 10-11k at that level. |

same as u goto nagrand and kill 10-12 mob |

Reputation: 28 | | | I had a hard time understanding the thread, but I think I got it now. But as heke01 said, 10-11k exp ain't much, and as Y060N said, now that I understand the thread, it really is quite common sense that class quests scale the exp with the level.
Would be neat if you got like the daily quest ammount of gold at level 70 though :P

Reputation: 58 | | | The quest level of class quests(although not all, maybe the important ones) are based on your current level, so you will get experience equivalent to your level. What happened there is you tried to do a different faction class quest which blizzard probably did not oversee when the burning crusade expansion (New races) and when the new quest system was revamped.
It is working as intended but not really an exploit. Use it while you still can lol. Go try it with the succubus chain quest from the other faction and get maybe like 110k exp. Not sure about the alliance one but a BE warlock could take the Succ chain quest from Orgrimmar.
