Did a search for this and nothing showed so here I go...If its a repost my bad in advance...just trying to contribute.
For those who are exalted with the violent eye you can exchange your kara ring for another one depending on what kind of spec you want to be and pay the 75g in the process. After that say you want to exchange it again, even though you get the quest you won't be able to becuase you have already done it once. Even if you contact a GM they won't do anything so instead simply destroy the ring and talk the the guy that gives you the ring in the first place. He will give you the exalted ring you first chose, once you have that in your bag talk to him again and exchange for the ring of your choice and of course another 75g. You can do this as many time as you like, my shamman goes back and forth between the three spec. Not really a exploit but clever use of game mechanics.

You not only posted this wasn't an exploit for one thing, but it's a very useful tip for some people..
