You guys make Zolo grinding much more difficult then it really is.

Kite Mijan to Zolo then just stand there, your BoS will tag all the mobs. Every 2 minutes hit your figuring of the colossus, every 10 minutes refresh BoS, and watch that you change shields before it goes red.

That is all, there is no need for any consecrate or stuns or any of that silliness.

I don't quite get what you mean, it's not really difficult as it is. Of course you can do it without consecrating, hell just put a shield spike on your shield and ditch BoS all together then. How's that for easy?

You're doing consecrate to do more damage, more damage kills more mobs, more mobs dying means more exp which is why we're doing this in the first place.

I had no problems with mana so I don't see why throwing in a rank 1 concecrate now and then is any problem, or difficult at all. It's not silliness if it benefits your leechers. Not dying and getting more exp benefits your leechers.

I went in there with a full epic paladin, protection, always keeping the buffs, and Seal of Light up, still I'm just dying, slowely.

How do you guys deal with it?

There are a few ways of doing it. I found that keeping seal of light up and meleeing the skeletons kept me at a steady hp level.

However, the Figurine of the Colossus, from Shattered Halls last boss, is a god send here. It's use effect does so that for the next 20 seconds every attack you block heals you for 120. Since you're getting alot of blocks in just 20 seconds you'll heal several thousand hp each time you use it. It has only a 2 minute cooldown as well so with just that you can survive easily.

By using super healing potions you should be able to keep yourself alive as well. At first I used mad alchemist potions that give both mana and health, to spam consecration a bit more, and that was enough to keep me alive.

Comfirmed. I did this with my paly, he is almost epic tank (still has 4 blues)
I to kept dying at first, but then i realized something, i was not in the corner , if you stand in the middle, you die.
How to not fail at this:
1. Get ready by buffing with blessing of sanctuary, I respecd for this to get improved dev aura, and ditched the 1 handed specialization. Use dev aura for this.

2. You MUST keep yourself in the corner, with NO mobs behind you.

3. Keep Seal of light on yourself, no need to cast it on a mob though. ( I did cast it on Zolo and Mijan to regen at one point when my shield broke and i realized it a bit late, also works with mana, just dont kill them lol)

That's pretty much it, its very simple and i stayed at full mana and health the whole time.

A macro does help such as
/target (skeletons name i can't remember at the moment lol)
/cast attack

Seal of light and hit that macro.
OVer all very simple, i just hope they dont patch this before my lock gets 35!

P.s This really owns.. Got my friends from 35- 50 in one day lol

1 thing that is required to do this nomatter how good your tank gear is...... A blunt, this takes a LONG time, but well worth it imo

Very nice an since you're not doing anything against the terms of use they can't legally although I've heard of times where GM's see somthing crazy and can't figure out what it is so just randomly ban them however I've never had it happen to me.

full blue palatank with the Figurine of the Colossus.
took a few tries to find out how this works,
the reward? 160 k xp p/h! at lvl 42

This is fixed on EU now (both baron and ST). I tried it 1 min ago and the skells only gives 1 xp
