So ive been doing Zul'Farrak on my druid today.. And saw the "rare" spawn called Zethrilis(SP) I killed him.. But lost the blue boots to some noob rogue... and that was the only thing i really wanted.. So after we wiped on some part of a boss.. About 40 minutes after killing the rare spawn.... Our group goes back in the instance and FINDS the rare spawn respawned again in the same place.. We kill him again.. The same loot drops and i get it... Then after we finish the instance killing Ghazrila, We find the rare spawn respawned again!
This might possibly work for other rarespawns. Though im not sure =X

Miner Johnson in Deadmines respawns on the spawn timer, so it wasn't just coincidence. If the rare spawns are up, they will respawn based on the instances spawn timer. for bringing this to people's attention.

Oh, the SM GY, that lovely place. One day I ended up with 6 BoE rares from just 5 runs...
Anyway, the rarespawns in SM GY are based randomly in chance. So at the times where a rarespawn doesn't appear inside (which is, sadly, very often) he/she is most likely not to appear after a set of time. But if the spawn -is- inside, then he/she might spawn again. And I've yet to see Azshir the Sleepless :<

You won't see Azshir, he was an event boss like the one in Shadowfang and I believe Scholo or Strat had one too. He was only there for the Naxx event, the scourge invasion crap. :P

Lol I remeber those boots. They dropped for me after like 15 runs of ZF only to get ninjaed by some noob hunter who thought her could sell them on the AH. I felt bad for the rouge that was in the group he said that he had been running ZF all summer to get em.
