I dont know if this is a repost or not, but I want to contribute, and I doubt many ppl know about this.
The last boss in Naxx, Sapphiron, drops several various shoulder enchants for every class. Ap+crit, sta+armor, healing etc. The cool thing about these chants is they can be applied by a higher level toon, to lower level boe items (Much like leg kits). What this means is you can take your lower lvl boe shoulders, give them to your higher lvl toon, and use the shoulder chants, then simply send em back to your twink, giving you a huge advantage over ppl without them. Think about how much stam you can get on a 29 druid with 16 extra stam on watchmans pauldrons!
The only prob is finding a group for Naxx QQ.

By the way I'm doing a full naxx clear every week. It takes about 4hours, on every friday. We use DKP/silentbid on items because we run for the 6-7th time now. 16-17more splinters and Atiesh comes .
