Water shield is kinda bugged. If you spam it you get back mana.. So spam and and you will see a nice affect  |

You regenerate mana from spirit 5 seconds after you cast a spell THAT USES MANA.
You can check how much mana you can regenerate from your mana regeneration "while not casting" in your spells tab in your character info screen.
Watershield is FREE (eg. does not use mana) thus it doesn't trigger the 5 second mana regen delay(rule).
