Get 35+ enchants on your 29 twink today!

Not sure if many know about this but i just want to contribute and help out some people who want a kickass 29 twink with 35+ enchants!


1. You all know that 35+ enchants can ONLY be cast on level 35 items correct?

Wrong.

If you are about 28 or 29 you can go to STV or where ever there are quests for a 33+ zone with a level 70 and do some quests and get the rewards.

The items aren't level 35 (no level requirement) BUT! they are level 35+ quality items that can be enchanted on with a 35+ enchant.

Example.

A 29 twink priest would want "Skull Breaker' [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Although it is green it can have a 35+ enchant (IE Major healing : [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] )on it because the item level is 36

Yeah this is pretty common sense if you're gonna twink a char. And it's item level 35+ that matters for TBC enchants iirc.

And lulz, who uses thottbot these days?

Wowhead.com is the best resource out there.

Hate to say it, but this isn't an exploit. Where the tooltip says "items level 35 or above" they're not saying it's items with a level 35 requirement to use, it's simply items that have an iLevel of 35 or higher.

If you look up items on Wowhead (for example, I searched maces:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

The column that is called "Level" is the item level (iLevel) and the column called "Req." is the required level to use the item (if it has one). Even items like these:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Have an iLevel of over 35.

So what you're saying is right, but it's old news, and not actually an exploit
