Sooo, i messed around with my shaman and spammed ~Healing stream totem~, and i saw that i had up to 3 of the Healing stream icons, and i though lagg, so i tested it, and it actually works! you get up to 3 times normal healing from the totem if you keep spamming it!

well it will appear 3 icons, just tested it though they disappear after like 2secs so actually not useful. Don't even think you get the extra healing, might only be interface bug/lag
Well I dont know about the healing one, but you can do it with totem of wrath if you press it quick enough. Well I'm not sure about now but the first time the new talents were put into the game you could. And it does actually put all of the effects on you, my shaman had a 19% crit chance when I used them, Of course he isnt 60/70 He is only 50 though. just an alt...

Totems have around 2 secs to disappear and reappear with a new one when you press the key to summon it.
During this time buff about healing still showed in the buff bar effectly you take the healing by 1 totem only.
you can press the key fast as u can and you can see max 3 buff a time of the same kind...but of those 3, 1 only still working... others expire in 1-2 secs (time required to a totem to disappear)

Except that this is faulted by the fact that theirs a global cooldown.
Well yeah it works, you posted a SS (that i don't know why you would fake).
I'm just saying it's not because the buff lasts 1-2 seconds after, because in the time it takes to cast your next totem your effect would be just about wearing off :P
Okay, i have some fancy addon showing healing and dam on screen, and when i spammed this, the healing from totem came up every 1 sec, so this Does work, kkthxbai.

Levled my shaman alt and pressed wrong totem. Got 2 Healing Stream Totems up at the same time.. But the previously totems dissapears fast.
