Farm Magistrate Barthilas UD Strat - Useful for Druids -

Hey all, I checked to see if this was a repost and all I found as an old logout, instance reset trick that I believe was nerfed since the instance summoning was allowed so here goes.
As you know, Magistrate Barthilas in undead strat initially stands 30 - 40 yards or so away from the first gate after entering from the service entrance. When the gate is opened, he emotes a yell warning the baron and runs off, despawning just prior to the next gate.
However, with an item such as [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], or other various speed boosts available to anyone with a decent ranged attack, you can pull the Magistrate before he despawns, as he does not evade. This allows you to kill him immediately after entering the instance i.e. easy farming. This is only really useful for shard farming and druids who might want [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] as it is still the 2nd or 3rd best tanking idol in the game.
Keep in mind there are 3 undead AOE pulls in the same area where you will fight the magistrate, so you need at least 2 players to pull this off as most will not be able to solo the boss and a pack of 10 or so undead mobs. Happy farming
My Mage friend and I used to Duo the UD Strat instance for shards. For kicks I bet him that he couldn't grab and down Magistrate before he got to the gate.
Needless to say, he was able to grab him and the trash and managed to get it all down without my help. Kinda fun to watch

If you have a prot pally, with farming spec, you CAN in fact solo all the mobs at once, therefore making this soloable!

You could even go in from the main entrance and stealth around everything as a druid and kill barthilas before he gets to move at all. Just be careful for those eye of naxxramas (I usually stealth naked and reequip gear when in engaging a boss).
Also be careful for barthilas knockbacks so you dont accidentially pull the undeads anyways (Then he can EASILY be soloed when in bear form)

Works. Nice work.
Only thing I will say is it is a little hard to use for most classes, even at 70. The Magistrate still hits pretty hard and having two AOE packs in addition to him on you is kind of nasty.
