Pff...for all those smart asses out there, the trick behind this is that if you use ALL stealth detection buffs, items, racials, spells etc at the same time, the stealth detection stacks over and over and over again, making you like 100% stealth detection.

Are all of you people serious? Basically the only thing in this guy's post is, "stealth detection items stack" so...i guess if you didn't know that...helpful. But who didn't know that?
