You get points from your team rating if your personal rating is within 150 range of it. That rule always apply. It dont matter what personal rating other people in the team has.

Pff im getting vengeful glad title from playing properly anyways. BTW, theres always a chance other people are doing this, and this was also posted yesterday, although this is alot more informative and the lay out is perfect, so imo, delete the other guys post

Okay i can confirm that this DOESNT work. =/
Was facing some people at the 1900 range, when we consistently lost vs another setup. I put this idea to the guy, and he agreed then left the team. I re-invited him and then rejoined, but we faced the same team yet again. This trick fails.

That was probably because noone else signed and you were stupid enough to instant sign. Only do this trick when alot of people are playing, much easier then with more teams signing.
