Well, yet another pretty useless post, but finding things to post these days are becoming increasingly more difficult. The sole reason that i am looking forward to Wrath of the LK being released is so that maybe i can get some MMOWNED rep by finding something out! Anyway, simple way to level wep skill is to get a warlock, FORCE him to summon an infernal and then keep banishing it. Although it is immune to your damage, your weapon skill still increases each time you hit it ( or the sheild its in). I know this isn't the most interesting of posts, but it was an efficient and easy way to level up weapon skill .

u can just find any demon or elemental, it doesnt have to be an infernal, and this is ancient

This isn't a post about any demon though, its infernal specific for convenience in a major city par example.

Life Tap? <pwned> and im quite sure any decent geared lock can regen enough mana for another banish within 30 seconds. Seen as the banish doesnt have diminishing returns.

Well, he does have point that for easy access in cities, some people don`think about this and would venture to the nearest demon mob instead.

I say major city, as people tend to loiter there ( i.e. just stand around chatting while doing nothing ).
On my warlock the other day i summoned an infernal and repeatedly banished it. Around 12 people stood round it attacking it while talking rather than just standing around doing nothing.

Hmm, im pretty sure your weapon skill doesn't rise if your attacking immune mobs... but i could be wrong.

I did the same thing only I stopped banishing it after a few times and it killed a few people that weren't paying attention.
