First off get a mage to Sentinel hill in westfall go ontop of the hill behind the inn and the lumbermill. Then position your self looking at the inn roof (NOTE: do not go striaght tword it cuz u might land right in the hole and fall trough the roof) cast slowfall and run or get on your mount and jump off the ledge and right when your above the inn right click the slowfall buff and it should bring you right down onto the roof. If you dont click buff you will go flying over the inn. Here is some pics to help you.

Haven't seen it before, but you can also get on the Moonbrook DM building by using Slowfall.

you you can jump to the next building with a epic mount if you do it right with slowfall onto one of the beems that stick out
