thank you! it is real! and i wanted to share it with you guys too. I was actually scared other people knew about it so i would check this and other sites everyday to see if anyone was OCD about having money in the guild bank as I was.

I'm just 100 percent positive I'll get banned if I try to dupe. The new account I was using got banned and it didn't even buy anything off the AH.

But it sucks and probably was patched. It was fun while it lasted.

ps. Keep trying, maybe you did something wrong or I didnt explain it correctly. It's pretty complicated. It took me and another person a whole night to figure out what I did after I did it accidentally.

I got banned right before server reset on Tuesday morning. So right before that... which leads me to believe they hotfixed it perhaps.

I'll write a more in depth guide. Give me a few.

It's bullshit... Don't fall for it, there's no logic involved in the process of the exploit, hence no reason why it would/should work.

following your footsteps it didn't work. so, or you missed something on the explanation, or it was fixed, or it is fake. even though i smell a scent of truth in this whole story, it's almost 6am and i have my brain fried enough to think about a logical explanation for all of this. up until now, this is just a random way to spend some time bouncing gold between two chars.

1. Have two characters on the same account.
2. Char1 has to have a guild bank.
2. Put 1000g into Char 1's Guild bank
3. Log onto Char 2.
4. COD something to Char 1 for 1000g.
5. Log back onto Char 1 and withdraw 1000g from the guild bank.
6. Pay for the COD (At this point, the COD will look legit, and it will appear as if you have paid for it).
7. Log back on Char 2 and take money out of the mailbox.
8. Log on Char 1, and you SHOULD still have the 1000g you paid the COD with. Its a visual bug and you can't do anything with it until you vendor and re-buy something.

If you don't still have the 1000g, they hotfixed it. If you do, grats.

Poor Photoshoping of the 1's. The front two do not match the last one and the 3rd one. You probably actually have 1631 gold on your toon.
