20% More healing per bandage!
So, I was doing my dailys for Sunwell yesterday, and I had an idea while I was bandaging. What If I cast Amplify Magic on myself (Mage buff), then bandage? Will I get more Healing? The answer is yes. My Heavy Netherweave was healing me for 553 Healing/Second. I do not think that this is "Working as Intended" because a bandage isn't considered a spell. So, if you can find a mage to buff you, try it out
I searched for "Amplify Magic", and "Bandage" and found nothing. Feel free to flame :P

it is working as intended, but not for the amplify buff (i think, because the warlock Fel Armor gives 20% healing from spells and effects )

It doesn't work, just tried it myself (I have 500 bandages anyhow), you probably still had a Fel Armor spellstolen from one of the warlocks there. Their Fel Armor is 30% extra healing so 425*1.3 = 552.5, matches up.
