In the "Further Conversions" quest in Isle of Quel'Danas, When you have the casting bar of your target showing, use the Attuned Crystal Cores to convert the Erratic Sentry.
When you target yourself/whoever is converting the erratic sentry, this will show up:

That was one of the Blizzard developers. If there is not an icon for a spell, that icon will be posted.

I know it has been posted before.. but just to save this thread a bit:
Get people on your vent/ts to do this quest with you. When you kill a sentry get someone to count down to use the item on it. If you get it about right (the person calling 3.. 2.. 1.. should wait an extra half a second) then you will get extra conversions completed.
