Alright, this trick obviously is not as good as a botting program, because it still requires you to manually queue. But on the up side, I do not see how you can get banned for it.
*Also, this trick works on my computer, but was tested on another machine where it did not work.
Here it is:
1. Queue up for the Battleground of your choice.
2. Enter Battle
3. Hit enter as if you were opening a say chat.
4. Lodge a plastic dart underneath one of your keys on your keyboard so it presses down another. (I use the - sign on the number pad, so i lodge the dart underneath the * key on the number pad area of my keyboard)
5. You should now be spamming a letter/symbol on your keyboard into say chat, if the cursor stays solid, then the trick should work and you will not go AFK.

Not allowed to leech in BG's....EVEN if you use a "legit" method.... Just rush horde/ally base, sit and look on the general, jump every 4.5 minutes and then continue watch pr0n, works like a friggin' charm. |

Reputation: 2 | | | Yeah, but you dont go AFK, which is the title of this post. Many times I don't even get the debuff. Its a good trick if you want to afk a BG here and there without risk of getting banned. |

Reputation: 7 | | Well someone obviously doesnt read because this IS counted as botting and you CAN get banned for this, it clearly states in the EULA that botting can also be counted such as putting a stapler on to a key assigned to a macro or something, sorry but this is an epic fail  |

Seems like a sharp dart point could be damaging, but I've never tried a dart personally. Also, I thought hardware macros were acceptable in WoW as long as you are physically at the keyboard, but maybe I'm thinking of another game, like LoTRO. |

If you think you can't be punished for exploiting honor/mark gains, just because you're not using an actual bot, you're smoking something heavy.
But then again the idea of "holding down a button" CERTAINLY is something new.  |
