Lol dude I hate to dis you but that is WHY He didn't post it because its common sense if everyone on this sight posted stuff that was common sense like how to press the food button to eat when your low on HP this forum would be a failure.

ah right, because despawning your pet is the same as learning that /p talks to your party

Well being a hunter in Outlands it seems a bit weird because I have been keeping my pet on passive and when I would aggro some mobs I would stop FD, and they would run away. Now usually even if my pet was on passive the mobs would still gang up on my pet and kill it, but that is not the case anymore. They just run away back to their spawn points. Just thought I would add that to this. If it is common knowledge then so be it. I just never really knew about it until about a week ago.

I knew how to do this, it's just a bit different. He's saying that if your pet is about to die in a winnable situation, run away, bring the pet back to full, and continue fighting. Makes sense.

i thinks its better to do this:
if you or your pet is about to die. use scatter shot (if youre marksman specced)
then lay down a freezing trap so that the mob doenst attack for a little while.
then i usually do 2 things.
one: i use bandages on my pet and/or myself
two: i use dismiss pet and Feign Death
even tough my pet looses some happyness, it saves you and your pet from dying and if you pet dies, it looses even more happyness.

He's trying to kill them by getting his pet to full. Besides, this would only work in an open area anyway.

Hehe, I've been using this technique on my hunter for almost a year and a half now. I never thought to post it because I assumed it was common knowledge.

well rez pet also dismisses it but the pet bar stays and then u just feign death and boom ur not dead this way doesn't lose any happiness

this is well known, actualy this was my first post on one other forum, and when you do that your pet dismiss himself without loosing loyalty or happiness, and gets back with the sam amount of health as before

no, it will lose happyness and yes that could lead to loylty loss, but just feed id as soon as it becomes unhappy and you wont loose loylty.
