Legendary Easy Weapon Skill Leveling
At 48,40 in Shadowmoon Valley there is an npc that is surrounded by totems. If you do not touch the totems u can attack him without agroing him. However he counts as a normal enemy so you can level your weapon skills without being attacked. sry if its a repost

Also there are similar mobs in blasted lands surrounder by crystals, they cant be killed unless you have the quest for it, so its easy way also

Those are good until ~300 weapon skill, then it becomes too slow because of the level range of the Servants.

Also, the servants bug out after a minute or so and go back to attacking you. So the Shadowmoon quest mobs are better since it's guaranteed they will not attack you (unless some retards kills the totems).
