Found this out today, i wouldn't be surprised if i wasn't the first but i couldn't find it posted anywhere else:

1) Que for a battleground
2) Go to Toshley's Station (60.6,69.0 in blades edge)
3) wait for the battleground que to pop
4) use the transporter machine and wait until you get the debuff called "Soaring"
5) enter the battleground

depending on the flight path you chose for the transporter machine depends on the length of the buff, so chose a long one (1.9 minutes is the longest)

once you port into the battleground you can run around with the falling emote :P
