so basicly you dont need to be on a Hyppogriff to cast them. you can cast them even if your standing on the boat

Well it is not dmg'ing somebody or something so its pretty usless, but its pretty fun to cast them around the boat :P

Stop flaming god damn leecher. Exploit means the item/whatever subject, isnt like its suposed to be.

this item isnt made to be usable on land, so yeah, it IS a exploit. Gj mitnick, Repcookie =)
