Hi mmowned, i'm not sure if this is working but..maybe if you get a stupid gm :/
Bug: Not getting the spell to summon the Epic Mount from the Paladin quest ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ])
This issue is being investigated, until it is fixed, please contact a GM to get the necessary spell.

Well, there so damn dumb ass gms around, so..maybe if you pick one of those, they will give you it even if you dont complete the quest i think, good luck. (oh, and yeah, english inst my mother language, if you know what i mean :3)
From what I remember they can check if you've supposed to have completed a quest or not. When I was 50+ I had the onyxia attunement chain quest and had an item I was supposed give back to Thrall. I dropped the item and a few months later I tried to PM about getting an item to do with the stage # quest (to join pals for Onyxia) but they said I haven't done the previous quest to get the item and I cannot progress further without restarting from the Q.giver. This was just my situation but they prob will always send you round a few times before really doing anything.
Horrible try at getting rep. "Dumbass" GMs can check if you've completed a quest, also if you actually read the thread it was from, the issue was the summoning of the Charger, not the actual riding skill, so he was showing up as having his epic riding skill, just no Summon Charger in his spellbook.

And for this type of comments its why there so many leechers around, no one wants to contribute with anything since guys like you come to the topic to flame, i dont even ask for rep, i dont want it since i dont care about rep, i just try to contribute with something, but next time i will shut up, thanks you.

This site lets users share different skins for Windows boots. And obviously this guy has not got the skills, yet maybe never so you don't blatantly go about that way. Probably just a Kid but the members don't try to hurt his feelings and encourage him to do better. Until some guy comes out and Rips the shit out of it. That can really turn away a guy that may someday be great, but instead is given a shame speech and may be too embarrassed to try again. Yeah it's the internet but being nice can make a Dude's day.
You could be a great contributer (everyone). Get back up and try again, forget the stupid remarks.
Btw the reason I suck at getting Rep or xploits etc.

Try to be...Helpful, like: "Greetings i completed the Paladin mount quest and i did not recieve any spell for the mount, looking on several sites i found it is spellid xxxxx, hope you can help me."
they will probably check and see if you are trying to scam them,
they will notice it is the spell and may give it to you.
Of course...its the optimistic version of it, they could always immediately check if you are horde or ally and give you the corresponding mount.
