I discovered this by accident due to a disconnect.
I tried it a couple times afterwards and it works.

1) Go to the docks in Azuremyst Isle (to take boat to Auberdine).
2) Hop on the boat.
3) Once the boat starts moving (and is far enough of the coast) Alt F4 out of the game
4) When you log back in you'll be falling to your death and end up at the Hellfire Peninsula side of the Dark Portal (Stairs of Destiny)

TIP: it may take a couple of seconds to actually leave the game after pressing Alt F4 so it could take a couple of tries to get it to work.

(This could even be used as a secondary HS once you get the hang of it, put armor in Exodar bank, do the Azuremyst - Hellfire trick, fly to Shatth and put gear back on then you only have to wait till res sickness is gone)

Hopefully some people will get a use for this ;-)
