Alright i did search for any threads related to this and came up with nothing, so here is my first attempt to contribute to this site.

While going through my guild bank today i saw a few LW patterns i could use on my alt so i tried to take them out not realizing that i didn't have permission.
After i figured out i couldn't withdraw anything i was going to put some stuff in the bank.
i dragged a stack of potion from my bags into the GBank over the pattern just by chance and it exchanged the items.
my potions into the bank and the pattern into my bags.

as many of you may be thinking, this is a very good way to steal items from a guild.

Been experimenting with this... so far nothing.

This could be due toa guild member having the rights to sort items inside the gbank but not to actually take them, since both, gbank and inventory ose standard bag slot templates there might be a glitch confounding those to be the same as the source of an item might be misunderstood to be something like bagslot02072 ontop of bagslot 03209 and therefore an exchange is accidentally permitted.

I'm gonna check on this soon.

Well, when i go to my guild bank tab it says "withdrawals from Tab 1: 3 stacks"
then quickly changes to "withdrawls from Tab 1: none" so that might be a part of it.

sorry for the inconvenience if this is not a working exploit.

That may be the answer, i do have permission to sort items in my guild bank but not the ability to withdrawal.
