not trying to be rude, but do you read the replies to a thread before you add your two cents?

in 2-3 other cases it was clarified but only under certain conditions.

if something doesn't work for you maybe you should stop and think about it: it could be a user error or the result of an outside variable.

as someone already said i think it´s due to certain restrictions concerning the guildbank with moving stuff around and such

Ya if your rank does not give permissions, then you CANNOT get items out, even through this method.

Probably what happened, is your guild master setup that tab to allow one stack to be removable per day for your rank. So when you swapped, you got it, and then it says at the bottom you cant withdraw anymore.

Or some freak glitch :P

this is not what happened.

i don't have the power to withdrawal items or stacks at all.

only vetrans and above can and i am currently a member.

Are you on private server? I mean this is not working for me in mains guild but I have 10 withdrawal in alts guild and it works there ofc.

Must be private server only.
