Do the boots make you whirlwind if you're slowfalling?

You should list all the items you used.

Requirements just to get on top of SV are 100% mount and slow fall and you can do it with sprint or rocket boots extreme too... But to get on that Terrace you need Rocket boots Extreme you can get to many other places in SV from that spot with Rocket boots Extreme and slow fall ( i used Parachute Cloak) but just slow fall and mount are enough to get on top of SV
