Ok now i think i found a way for lots of new ways to exploit stuff 
What you do is you take a Priest or Warlock - and then the exploider.
You go to a instance portal and write "/script SetDungeonDifficulty(3);"
You cant enter the instance now.. but some places have like. a wall you cant go trough, now you have the priest fear you in there and you can run around in serval instances with no mobs and such
Tested and working

It's been popping up now and then about every other week but I first saw it like 6 months ago and someone said pretty much the same thing "This sets the instance to epic, can't do anything with it.
