Ok, for this you will need 2 accounts, or an alliance/horde friend to help you out on this.
Ok, start heading to the plaguewood tower over in EPL. Every time you can cap that tower, it gives you 200 honor. If you get what im saying, you can cap the tower, and then have your friend or yourself run back into the tower and contest it again.

*every* time you do this, you get 200 honor, there are no DR or anything like that. So, you figure around 6 caps a minute= 1200 honor per minute, therefore in 10 minutes you will have 12,000 honor.

THAT IS ENOUGH FOR A PIECE OF SEASON ONE GEAR EVERY 10 MINUTES!

if you keep this up for an hour, it will be 72k honor, and with patch 2.4, it will add up instantly so you don't have to wait for honor to reroll.

Edit: just tested, this does NOT work for a 70, but it works for my level 26 shammy, so this could be extremely awesome for twinks!

6 caps a minute with one person LAWL, this is a nice idea but you will need alot more then 1 person of each fraction to make this worth doing

Also, I don't see anything else below this that says anything about getting honor this way =\

No.... you don't have to cap it all the way into the red/blue. You can barely cap it and it will give you the honor, and then your friend, or you, can run in and barely contest it. I tried this about 20 mins ago and I got 2.6k honor just for messing around with it.
