This is old and doesn't work anymore. We tested with 2 alliance and 2 horde. It takes about 7 minutes to cap a node and we only got 19 honor. It works out to about 60 honor per hour.

Why are people so stupid, THIS DOESNT WORK!!! I TESTED ON A LVL 1 CHAR, A LVL 53 CHAR, A LVL 60 CHAR, A LVL 64 CHAR, AND A LVL 70 CHAR, THIS DOES NOT WORK WHAT SO EVER!
