basically if you're going to be mass-disenchanting something put your D/E key into hot key on ui, then in the last 1 - 0.5 of a second on the de press the key its assigned to and click onto the next item to be D/E.
Basically this means you can loot the window whilst you're D/E'ing the next item, it saves a few seconds between each item... not a great "exploit" but there you go...(it may work with mining and looting also, but i dont have mining profession, so wouldnt know).
I find this handy for the Tailoring / D/E trick to sell enchant mats
