How this works: (Judging by the evidence)

wow updates its informations every so often to find out changes in walking directions etc etc and update buffs and auras
then you use the macro you send lots of requests for changes in information and the server says to the client that it has to wait, because the server has received a lot of info lately. that way the next update (removing mount speed etc) will be sent from the server later.

Does this make sense or am I just talking gibberish?

The mount thing isn't working for me. I hit my dismount macro after spamming the sit stand one, but it just automatically dismounts me, no delay.

I actually tried this on my rogue and it didn't work. I'm unclear on a few things.

How am I supposed to use the macro while running/walking? It just says "You can't do that while moving".

On my mount with my druid (rogue doesn't have a mount), spamming Sit/Stand just dismounts me, then when I spam /dismount, I lag out and disconnect.

I've tried this in a group before, just to have some fun. I tried the macro then asked if anyone had lag. They didn't.

Little help?

Also, if I *do* get banned for trying this, will it be permanent even though I haven't had any previous bans?
