This only works on poisons/diseases that involve a reduced movement speed debuff (not all of them though, for example the disease that undeads in stratholme slam on you stays after shifting) since shifting removes movement impairing effects.

I guess the poison had one slowing effect, and as you know.
The act of shapeshifting frees the caster of Polymorph and Movement Impairing effects.

ah,dident notice it was a movement imparing effect o.o i guess i just thought it was doing damage to me <_< (which it was) will ask a admin or w/e to delete thread
