Hello guys,
this is my first post here and i hope youŽll enjoy it 
i just found out how to get to outland with any lvl, the only thing you need is a mage that allready learned the shattrath portal
you will be able to use the portal like any other
you could save much time by just making one of the inns your home, couz in the center of shattrath there are portals to every city that belongs to your faction
so you can just use your hearthstone to get to all 4 major citys of your faction
combined with the auto unstuck feature you will be able to travel fast as hell

The key would be to just make your hearth Shattrath now, so that when they fix it you'll be fine.  though, good find, I use it on several alts.

I believe people without the expansion will be able to take the portal as well. I ported someone that didn't have it to Exodar, and it was all screwed up for then. But they were there in Exodar. I think if you install the expansion pack without upgrading to a BC account then it should work fine. |

you can also just get a lock and summon the low level. did it for my 39 mage bud.
