First of all you have to be a hunter.
There are two ways of doing this. First, flag yourself up and duel a friend. Lay a snake trap but don't attack each other and tell your friend to run over the snake trap. This will set off the trap and it will go straight for the closest mob or alliance/horde. Even if they aoe, the alliance/horde will flag up and you may slaughter them. We did this for 3 hours on my server last night, at the hellfire citadel summoning stone. It will make you laugh so much.
The other way is to flag yourself and lay a trap near a mob that is engaged with the alliance/horde. Snakes will attack both, hence again will flag the opposition.
Like I said, this is extremely fun.

yeah im pretty sure this was never your IDEA. anyone can think of this..i figured it out on my hunter by myself

They're not stealing anything, just trying to help the community.

Or flag urself durring a duel against other faction and right b4 the player hits u have a macro for /forfiet and he hits you outside of duel, then hes PVP

or

Get a leather ball, go pvp and pass it to a horde/alli player
