How to get to bottem of EOTS terrain

Hey all,

I discovered this on my shaman the other day in EOTS. The areas directly to the right and left of the center flag area, which look endless, actually have a little bit of land on the bottom. Normally when you jump down, you release and go to the graveyard.

However, wait till your done falling, and you'll have the ability to ankh at the bottom. After you ankh your in a perfect position to afk, or just explore around. Hope this is useful to anyone, and im going to test the edges of Outland once my reincarnation cooldown is up.

Edit: I suppose it could also be done with a soulstone.

I don't think taking the flag with you "down there" would be much of a hustle to the others. You'll certanly die (as stated) and therefore lose the flag. It will lie there for 15 seconds (if I remember correctly) and then despawn to spawn again on the flagpost in the middle of the map.

But correct me if I'm wrong.

then you ankh / soulstone and pick it up again... ?

if your a pally you can sheild then jump or jump the nwhen your about to hit shield and youll live.... the allience or horde might think your dead lol.... your team just need to keep up with points with the towers alone...but correct me if you sheild it will drop flag...

this, I used to take the wsg flag on top of the base and just watch tv, fun stuff.

however it wouldn't be possible to take the flag down there because you would die ;/

I'm going to play with it when the servers are back but it seems like jumping and timing your slowfall would be a nasty trick.
