There's a tree you can semi-hide in on a nice secluded little hill at appx. 41,18. (don't quote me on that, I'm going by a very rough map estimate >_<) It's near enough to the South Dun Baldar bunker to get some occasional HKs so people think you're actually doing something other than sitting on your ass inside a tree. 90% of the time, you won't see anyone. Occasionally you'll get a wanderer who you can beg for help "I'm stuck! Can you get a lock over here to summon me out real quick?". Usually works in our battlegroup. We're dumb. Ah well. It's the best I can come up with on short notice for Alliance.
The obvious flaw to this is that you DO have to keep an eye on your WoW screen, just in case. I usually flick the TV on or play some xbox while sitting at my computer and look at the screen every few minutes just to see what's going on. There's tons of hiding places out there, it's just a matter of finding them and getting there to use them without drawing suspicion. I'll eventually go looking for some good ones and post them up. I may find something as good as this Horde one.
