I made a high elven Quel'Thalas, using the textures from allerian stronghold and creating some myself, and yes the pictures are from a private server.

That is an old blood elf(green eyes), and i mean the new model not pre 2.x.
this is a current high elf

Very Nice, Even though Silvermoon and the Ghostlands are as far as I can see, Untouched as are a few objects. The wagons ect.

Would also be nice to see something done with those burning crystals
maybe into mana stones or something?

Points also lost for no High Elven Males and lack of Face to Skin matches.

Also. Does this REALLY need to be EIGHT patch MPQs?

Mywarcraftstudio for some reason refuse to let me make more than a folder, and yeah it is still unfinished, ghostlands was not changed for a lore reason (the red buildings were high elven before the scourge invaded, and since nobody reclaimed them they are staying high elven), and i just did not bother with silvermoon yet.

and the reason face to skin did not match...well i dont know, must be an old revision of patch-h

That means your area edit is wrong so all you've done is made Blood elves eyes blue in 8 files. Awesome.

That's not right. Why do you think that? Blood elves are biologically high elves, who consume fel energy. Nothing else.
