Also the terrain is a bit too flat and texturing is somehow a little poor.
Anyways the custom textures and models you used are awesome, never seen them in a world build before. The size of the island is very great too. to keep you going. (need to spread, remind me later)

There are also pretty much only the same buildings looking exactly the same. Just too repetative. |

You might think of changing the name for lore-lovers. Either change name or theme. I would say name and then use the name for another island if you really wanna make Agamand Isle.

If an island north of Agamand Mills was settled, naming it after them isn't unreasonable. |  | |
