I thought I lost this when I switched PCs but lo and behold it was safe in my windows.old folder! Just thought it wouldn't hurt to share it. I haven't tested it yet with the latest patch it should work, idk why it wouldn't. I canceled my live account so I haven't been able to test it. Hope you enjoy and sorry for hording for so long! <3

I did this just this afternoon. Took me all day trying to get it to work. Was a simple enough recolor it was just tedious finding the files that needed to be changed! Only thing I didn't change was the Dark Red areas like the Blood Knight training area, and the inside of the palace I might just redo them with white stone but not sure at this point. Also didn't touch the ruins, but I might later. It never made sense to me why the ruined buildings had red windows. *shrug*

If you guys want it I'll certainly release it.

Well I wasn't sure what to categorize it as. I figured area change was a broad category. My bad. :\

I didn't think many would like it. I just kinda made it to go a long with the high elf race change. In some areas it isn't perfect but I had got a lot of people interested in it in the show off thread and thought I'd just throw it out there in case there was still interest. It was more of an RP change. Just a whim something more lore friendly than turning SM into a zombie town or whatever. It's a subtle aesthetic change. Was just thinking the High-Elf-ophiles out there would enjoy it.

Don't mind the rest of these people. Most RPers would enjoy Silvermoon being returned to the High Elves.

I'll take a look at it, but even a Red-to-Blue change isn't something to scoff at. Don't let the rest of these ****ers get to you. They're just talking trash 'cause most of 'em can't do what you've done. ^.^

for actually knowing what RP is when you're playing a MMORPG. Most fools 'round here only know PVP and twinking.

completly cool edit, i'll rep u if i could, I always wanted to see something like this, so clap for u . Anyways, im not sure but it seems that silvermoon was always red-hued, dont ask me were i read it, but explains the red destroyes buildings. And also, the high elves built quel'thalas long before the aliance was even created. Somewhere i read that the high elves tried to distance themselves of ther night elves cousins, thus changing their color scheme to autumm colors (reds, goldens and browns).

Besides the lore-word vomit, cool job and i'll use this asap
